Compere Innovation Agency was founded by Donald Compere, a Hospitality and Marketing Strategist who partners with CEOs, Executives, and Major Brands to grow their personal and professional brands, human-to-human. After spending nearly a decade working in Hotels and Tech for multibillion-dollar brands, he built CIA to focus on brand development, Event production, and Global Sales and Marketing. Donald knows what truly drives conversions, sold-out concerts and brand activations and it’s not mastering the trend of the week. It’s how well you connect with the heart-beating people you’re trying to help and communicate your understanding back to them. Before starting CIA, Donald served as a Director for W Hotels and WeWork, and has consulted for brands such as Nike, Nikon, GoPro, and LaLiga.
